[Dating Papers]

I met this Jdate girl at a cafe, and then we were going to go to a jazz club. The conversation at the cafe was going fine. We went to the jazz club but it was packed, not even standing room, so I suggested we go somewhere else. Halfway back to the car she said, “Do you want to end this right now?” I was kind of confused because I thought things were going fine, and I said, “No, why? Do you?” She hesitantly said, “No, but it doesn’t seem like you want this date to continue” So we get to the car and she suggests that we rent a movie and go back to her place. First she thinks I’m not interested and then she invites me to her place to watch a movie. She suggests we stop off at grocery store to get some snacks. Halfway there, she tells me she’s not feeling well and that I should just drop her off at home (not feeling well is usually code for, “I want this to end”). So we finally get back to her place, and she says, “Do you want to come in and see my place?” I was really confused now, but I said, “ok”. I went up, we watched T.V. for a little while, had a glass of wine, but there was no chemistry so I decided to end the night there. Thanks for the mixed signals ladies.
